PRIMATIST SHIPYARD BY FERRETTI GROUP
It is from 2007 that is operating in Sardinia, in the frame of lovely Arbatax, one of the largest shipyards in Europe, even 4500 m², divided in three adjacent buildings, plus a big external area, altogether dedicated to the design, realization and finishing of prestigious boats, one of the Italian excellences.
Thanks to our experience and to our multiple solutions always available to customers, we managed to create a very complex system, powered by several exhausters for centralized systems, whose powers vary from 9 kW up to 18 kW, and used with devices designed for this specific need.
The system is divided in 4 branches each building, and every branch is designed for the simultaneous use of even 32 operators, this has a favourable effect on the yacht production reducing times and optimizing spaces.
Each device forms a real multipurpose service station, supplying the operator with the energy needed to process fiberglass or similar, so, compressed air (dry – lubricated – adjustable), electricity and obviously suction of sanding dust and residues from other processes.
