The stainless steel nozzles trolley mounted BCOX & BCSD are an ideal solution for extracting the exhaust gas of a vehicle that emits it at high temperatures. Thanks to the wheels, they can be moved around the working area when necessary and put away, without effort, once their use has been completed.
The Stucchi 1950 exhaust gas nozzles, available for vehicles with single or dual exhausts, are compatible for hoses with diameters from 100 to 150 mm. The version for dual exhausts needs two sections of hose resistant to high temperatures (300°), connected to a Y-shaped junction useful to manage the connection to the suction line (not included).
In the single exhaust version, height adjustment of the nozzle is obtained by a system managed by a lobe handwheel which unlocks its movement when it needs to be adjusted and locks it once the desired position is obtained. In the version for dual exhausts, with single or double joint, it is also possible to rotate the support arms to further enhance the positioning of the nozzles.
